RAMS analysis focuses on the usability and security performance of the systems. By applying effective calculation techniques, choosing the right system architecture and choosing the right product, we make conscious decisions about safety, risk, efficiency, repair and maintenance, both during the construction phase and operation phase of the project.
Reliability: The ability of a system or a product to perform a specific function.
Availability: The ability of a repairable system or system element to remain functional in certain conditions and time periods.
Maintainability: It is defined as the probability that a system or system element can be repaired within a certain period of time. It means ease of maintenance and possibility of repair in a short time. With the calculation techniques such as FMEA / FMECA, Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), Reliability Block Diagrams (RBDs), Common Cause Failure Analysis, we can capture the desired system values during the design phase. In this way, we can establish the correct system architecture, determine critical system structures and ensure preventive measures such as determining optimum maintenance intervals and spare material needs.
Safety: It is about avoiding harming people, environment or other assets during a system’s life cycle. We carry out project design, implementation and management in SIL0, SIL1, SIL2 standards with our certified expert and engineer staff in the field of Functional Safety.
